I believe coaching or tuition is an interactive process where the coach guides and facilitates the coachee’s progress towards defined goals. It helps them to understand the root cause of the problem or problems, and more importantly, how to overcome them. Coaching helps people build on their strengths, thus unlocking their potential and helping them gain the success they desire.

For people that are new to the game I can ensure you that I have a fun, relaxed but professional teaching style and whenever possible keep things very simple. We will only progress to another part of the swing or game when we both agree the part we are working on has been fully ingrained.

And finally… (I suppose this comes from my business background) but I get very frustrated when many of the teachers and coaches in the golf world don’t measure the progress their pupils are making.

I guarantee that you will improve while working with me and we will measure the improvement by using video, by analysing your golf swing using the latest technology available and the good old fashioned methods like how you feel, whether your handicap is reducing or whether you’ve had your best ever round.
